Toniques & lotions
Oubliez les lotions astringentes et alcoolisées d'autrefois : le tonique moderne est une étape d'hydratation et de préparation. Appliqué juste après le nettoyage, il rééquilibre la peau et prépare l'absorption des sérums et soins qui suivent.
Il en existe plusieurs familles : les toniques hydratants (acide hyaluronique, glycérine) pour repulper, les apaisants (panthénol, niacinamide) pour calmer, et les exfoliants doux (acides à faible dose) pour l'éclat. On les applique à la main ou sur un coton selon la texture. Cette étape reste optionnelle mais utile pour les peaux qui cherchent une hydratation supplémentaire.
